I am tired
Damm, that kitchen was hard work. I am totally spent today. This morning I put in the kick boards and caulked the counter-tops and was the officially finished (I thought). It then dawned on me that I needed to take the old kitchen to the dump before I could get it off my mind. So I broke all the cabinets down, put them in the trailer and hauled them away.
Now I am debating...which is better?
Post Road Pumpkin Ale?
or
Dogfish Head Punkin Ale?
In my mind after having just tasted them there is really no debate. There is a "Road" you should take and a "Dog" you should avoid.

Boerevors - Some serious sausage for meat lovers
The following recipe is taken fro "Biltong en Boerevors" published by the South African Meat Board in 1991, and won First Prize in a national compeition.
Tradtional Boerevors
Ingredients
4 lbs prime beef
2 lbs pork
1 lb of bacon
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
5 teaspoons of fine salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
intestinal casing
Method
Cut meat into 1/2 inch blocks
Mix in with herbs
Mince port, beef and herb mixture (not too fine)
Cut bacon into small blocks
Add vinegar and bacon to minced meat and mix
Stuff casing mixture (not too tightly)
Experiences:
Note: If you don't have bacon and it's absence probably won't be noticed - the taste will still be excellent. It is also.
